Airivo

Independently owned for more than 20 years, Airivo takes a practical approach to flexible workspace across London and regional cities including Birmingham and Newcastle. Its serviced offices, coworking, virtual offices and meeting rooms suit teams from two to 100 desks, with customisable layouts, furnished air-conditioned space and reliable internet with failover. A FlexSA member, Airivo is built for businesses that want straightforward, dependable space that simply works.

The estate is tighter than the three-city headline suggests. Four buildings run along the outer west London corridor within a few miles of each other: Boundary House at Boston Manor, Boston House in Brentford, Gable House in Chiswick and Oriel House in Richmond. Great Eastern Street covers Shoreditch and the City fringe, Chislehurst reaches into Kent, and Birmingham and Newcastle anchor the regional end alongside a Gateshead building looking over the Tyne. Several are a minute or two from a station, with Boundary House directly opposite Boston Manor Underground and Bennetts Hill two minutes from Birmingham New Street.

Chislehurst is Grade II listed and stands in its own grounds, Brentford has a Grade II listed facade and a garden of its own, and the Chislehurst centre has housed businesses since 1970, which the company describes as one of the first serviced offices in the UK. The other thing separating Airivo from central London operators is parking: 45 private bays at Boston Manor and 60 at Chislehurst, in a market where office parking has all but disappeared. Most sites run on 100 per cent renewable electricity, Richmond carries a 10Gbps connection, and the Newcastle and Gateshead buildings are offered either on an inclusive licence or on an FRI lease, which is unusual flexibility for a flex operator.
