Sixteen buildings and more than seventy spaces across central London, weighted to the creative and professional belt running from Farringdon and Clerkenwell through Old Street and Shoreditch to Holborn, Chancery Lane and Mayfair. Canvas was founded in 2018 by brothers Oren and Yaron Rosenblum and has stayed independent since, running its own head office on High Holborn with a team of around thirty-six.

What separates it from the serviced office norm is that the space is built around the occupier rather than the operator. Private offices are designed to carry a company's own brand and working habits rather than a house style, and let on flexible all-inclusive contracts that fold the usual separate bills into one. Capacity runs from small teams of a few people up to twenty-five and beyond, which lets a business move between buildings in the portfolio without changing operator.
