Sixteen boutique workplaces across Surrey and London, founded in May 2018 on a specific reading of the market: that the serviced office industry had become saturated with high-specification, high-cost space concentrated in the City, while the micro and small companies that make up the overwhelming majority of UK businesses needed the same services at rates they could actually meet. The map follows that logic, running from Cobham, Esher, Epsom, Kingston and Richmond in Surrey into Fulham, Chelsea, Borough, Waterloo, Mayfair and St James's.
Buildings range from period properties to modern builds, among them Vestry House on Paradise Road in Richmond, Apple Market Hub and Rivermead in Kingston, 51 South Audley Street in Mayfair and 11 Haymarket in St James's. Private offices and dedicated desks are let unbranded and fully managed so an occupier can make the space its own, on flexible terms with all-inclusive rents and no long commitment, and most meeting rooms come free rather than metered. A separate space planning service advises businesses and landlords on how a floor should actually be used.
