About Serendipity Labs

Workspace Philosophy & Overview

The UK arm of an operator founded in 2011 that is explicit about being in the hospitality business rather than the office rental business, with more than thirty locations open and over a hundred under development worldwide. The three British sites are deliberately placed outside city centres and delivered in collaboration with NewFlex: Cambridge North at Cambridge Square, four minutes from the station and an hour from King's Cross; the Aztec Centre at Almondsbury outside Bristol, by the M4 and M5 interchange; and five floors at Exchange Quay in Salford.

Private offices, team suites, coworking, day offices and virtual services take one to a hundred people, with ideation and training studios seating up to sixty at Cambridge and forty at Bristol. The buildings carry the detail that matters to a commuter: BREEAM Excellent and 292 cycle spaces at Cambridge, allocated parking, EV points and a three-storey atrium at Bristol, and a campus gym, nursery and Metrolink access at Exchange Quay. Security credentials run to Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001 and UK GDPR, and the major agencies name it a preferred flex provider.
