About The Work Project
Workspace Philosophy & Overview
The Work Project is an Asia-Pacific operator that arrived in London, not a London operator that expanded. Founded in 2016, it runs coworking and serviced offices across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia, and holds two London addresses that sell different things. One Leadenhall takes floors 22 and 23 of a City tower and leads on the view, with Leadenhall Market below. 105 Victoria Street leads on the building, a Westminster development the operator calls net-zero carbon, with a Level 11 terrace, a 200-metre outdoor walking track, a Level 15 rooftop farm and a basement cycle hub holding close to a thousand bike racks.
The company is direct about what it sells, describing workspace as your space customised, your branding on the walls, your work culture and your rules, and both buildings carry a personalised arrival experience with the member's brand at the entrance. Private and enterprise suites run alongside dedicated desks, virtual offices, meeting rooms and event venues, on terms from one month to a few years with expansion and contraction options written in. Hospitality is described as conceived by hoteliers, and members can use any group location during local business hours
