About this space
Studio Y is Spacemade's workspace in the heart of Notting Dale, a private office and coworking destination built specifically to be more than a generic office. Latimer Road sits six minutes away, with Wood Lane and White City both within easy reach, connecting teams to the wider city without the central London premium.
Private offices accommodate teams from 2 to 22, with flexible terms that remove the friction of a traditional lease. Design-led interiors, private booths for focused work and breakout areas for collaboration mean the space shifts with how your team operates day to day. Meeting rooms, an event space for up to 100 guests, fast WiFi and secure building access are all included as standard. A curated events programme brings together brand founders, designers and creative consultants, building a community of people who understand the demands of running a creative business.
