About this space
The Trampery Fish Island Village is a fashion-and-sustainability campus rather than an office block: six acres and ten buildings along the Hertford Union canal in Hackney Wick, more than 50,000 sq ft in all. It is aimed at growth-stage designers, makers and labels, with 63 flexible studios, ten workspace studios, private offices for 7 to 17 desks and a 30-desk coworking space, many with high ceilings and natural light. There is even an on-site manufacturing suite, so labels can make as well as design.
Run by The Trampery as a B Corp, it comes with free business support, a members' lounge and the canal-side INIS cafe and restaurant. The event space is built for catwalks and sample sales, and members get high-speed Wi-Fi, AV, a communal kitchen, a wellness room, showers and step-free lift access, with 24/7 entry on monthly plans. Hackney Wick station is four minutes' walk. It suits fashion designers, makers and creative businesses who want purpose-led space with room to grow.
