Spanning 40+ sites and over 440,000 sq ft across England and Scotland, The Boutique Workplace Company transforms character-filled listed buildings into design-led workspaces. The portfolio includes private serviced offices, coworking, meeting rooms and event spaces across 150+ industries, letting businesses build their own identity within historic architecture. A WIN member, it balances heritage appeal with practical workspace solutions from London to Scotland and Cheltenham.

The model is conversion-led by design. The company describes its whole approach as repurposing old buildings through renovation, giving them renewed purpose and preserving architectural history, and the portfolio reads that way: Holborn Town Hall, Tagwright House in Shoreditch, Frederick's Place and Carter Lane in the City, Audley House in Fitzrovia, Connolly Works at King's Cross and Notcutt House in Southwark. Beyond London it runs The Smith in Kingston, Colmore Row in Birmingham, George Square in Glasgow, Jessop House in Cheltenham and The Pinnacle in Milton Keynes. More than 75 meeting rooms run across the estate, from two-person rooms to AV-equipped boardrooms.

The company is explicit that it is a hospitality business rather than a property one, with the stated aim of giving small and medium teams the experience usually reserved for enterprise clients. Each building names its own workplace experience team and twelve staff have been with the company more than a decade. Serviced apartments and filming locations run alongside the workspace, an unusual combination in UK flex. It took Best Workplace Experience at the 2025 SME Business Elite Awards, works with Single Homeless Project as its staff-chosen charity partner, gives three paid volunteering days a year, and begins transitioning its electricity supply to UK wind, solar and hydro in March 2027.
